Last in the field for me, but a prolific cropper
from Anonymous on 15/09/2015
I'm glad I planted these low maintenance tomatoes with very firm, self supporting branches - quite compact, curly leaves and without staking, my two plants withstood both high winds and a collapsing trellis which miraculously didn't flatten it: so a strong plant! The tomatoes were very nice, but a late cropper for me, eventually ripening after almost every other variety and only then when I removed most of the leaves. The weight of the fruit did weigh the plants down considerably by the end. Nice tasting tomatoes, and I would recommend this sturdy plant for growers with a windy plot or gardens prone to falling trellises.
