Sitting on the warm end of mild (2500-5000 scoville) you will discover that these fleshy fruits, ripening to red, will reward you with a good amount of heat without burning your mouth: try them in a salad.  Each chilli can grow up to 15cm long and be slightly curved.  They hail from Poland where they are often dried and ground to make paprika.  Price for 10 seeds

SOW: from mid-April to end of May, indoors in a warm soil in trays or modules barely covering the seeds as they need light to germinate. 

GROW: when they reach the 2/3 leaf stage they can be planted into a greenhouse or hardened off and put outside in a warm sheltered spot.  You can grow them in the soil, in a container or in a grow bag.   Cyklon plants grow to about 75cm tall.  Each chilli can grow up to 15cm long & be slightly curved: ripening from green to red                                                               

EAT: mild enough to add to salad, enough ‘kick’ for salsa.  These are a top choice for drying and grinding into paprika: the quick method is to use the oven on low (50°C) for at least 6 hours until they are brittle and ready to grind.
