An unusual plant which produces attractive red flowers followed by angular pods. The plants have a short, slightly bushy habit and will not need support unless in the windiest of positions. They can look very ornamental; grow it in your vegetable plot or even on your patio as it does well in pots.
Harvest: the pods when 2.5-5 cm long. Regular picking encourages more pods although it is not a very prolific producer.
To Eat: boil in a minimum water or steam, serve with sauce or butter. They can be eaten cooked and cold in salads.
Price for 25 seeds.
