PAK CHOI YUKINA SAVOY ~ crinkled crepe like leaves with a delicate flavour 50 seeds SOW: in spring & again in autumn, the last sowing can be 6 weeks before first frosts are expected or grow with protection. You can sow in modules and plant out when large enough to handle (ideal if sowing in succession), or sow in situ. Use the thinnings in salads or replant them in cooler weather. GROW: space 10-15cm apart, closer if cutting as a baby leaf. Yukina Savoy initially forms a rosette and will grow on into an upright plant. EAT: cut young for salads, shred mature leaves for stir fry, steaming or adding to soup. Try it sautéed with oil and garlic and added to pasta for a delicious dish.
