This hanging salad tomato comes from the coastal area of Spain between Valencia and Barcelona. It is said that the salty atmosphere is part of the flavour - we haven’t tried spraying with salt water and they taste just fine. Gather the trusses or stems and hang them in a cool dry place and the tomatoes can keep fresh for many weeks. You can eat as a salad tom but roast, grill and fry to bring out their rich flavour.
