Oriental Pak Choi Chifu F1

£0.75

PAK CHOI CHIFU F1 ~ appetizing glossy green leaves, tasty stems too 50 seeds SOW: in spring and autumn: this variety is not fond of summer heat. Pak Choi is ideal as a follow on after other crops. The last sowing can be 4 weeks before frost frosts are expected. You can sow in modules and plant out when young, or sow in situ and use the thinnings in salads or replant them in cooler weather. GROW: space 20-25cm apart. Protect from inclement weather as the autumn progresses. You can also try this one in a greenhouse for a winter crop if you protect in the colder weather with fleece. EAT: Spring crops should be cut young and are very good in salads. The leaves, stems and flowering shoots can be eaten raw or cooked. The stems should be added to the pan first as the leaves cook more quickly.
