RADISH CHAMPION ~ crisp and sweet with a medium hot bite 100 seeds
SOW: March to May and then again in August and September. In cooler areas you can sow through the summer too.. Sow the seeds in situ in a 1cm deep drill and aiming for about 2cm spacing. To spread out your harvest sow the seed at slightly different times.
GROW: radishes like to be moist but not waterlogged. Champion is ready to pull after about 25 days
EAT: enjoy their flavour in salads, slice and add to coleslaw for a little kick or cook them in a simple butter & sugar glaze and serve with a roast. The leaves are also a useful salad ingredient with a little more heat than the roots.
