Kale Quartet Kale really is a plant that keeps on giving. Pick a few leaves and it grows some more, start young and tender for salads, then keep harvesting as the plants develop into those wonderfully useful winter greens.

Black Magic – long, slender leaves that mature to such a deep green they can look almost black. Striking in the garden and delicious on the plate.
Green Curled Dwarf – compact, curly and tasty, this is a great choice for smaller spaces or wherever you can squeeze in a few more plants!
Scarlet – deeply curled green leaves with striking red-purple veins and stems. The colour becomes even richer as the weather cools.
Westland Winter – a particularly hardy kale with plenty of flavour from autumn onwards. Just the thing for keeping the pickings coming through the colder months.
