Shipping policy

Orders over £15 qualify for free P&P

  • It's easy to take advantage of this offer - simply fill your basket with fabulous seeds to sow, grow and enjoy, and it will be automatically applied at checkout.
  • For orders less than £15 we charge £1.90 for postage and packing

Seed orders are despatched via Royal Mail untracked.

  • Seed orders should be delivered within 3-4 days of despatch. 

Letter box sized packaging

  • Seed orders nearly always fit in padded envelopes or letterbox friendly boxes.  You can leave delivery instructions when ordering if you think your order may be a small parcel size. 

Delivery times

  • Your shopping basket displays the seeds you have purchased and these will normally be dispatched within seven working days to the delivery address which you supply. We aim to give a good service, we often dispatch faster but at very busy times dispatch of goods may take a little longer.
  • We dispatch by 2nd class Royal Mail.  Additional time should be allowed where payment is made by cheque or postal order, as we will not normally despatch goods until the payment has cleared. 
  • If you do not receive your order within 21 days, please contact us.

Orders outside of GB

  •  We regret that we are not able to process any orders for delivery outside of GB. Unfortunately, we still cannot send seeds to Northern Ireland (all BT postcodes are affected by this)
  • Please do not use a forwarding company to send seeds to an undeliverable country, as seeds are a prohibited item. We will not be responsible for any return costs or custom charges that you may incur.

Right of Withdrawal/Cancellation

  • As we normally despatch very quickly, if you wish to cancel please call us without delay and if we have not yet posted your order we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Our contact us can be found here
