To be an AGM winner means that this variety has been outstanding in trials: it is sturdy, reliable and with great garden performance
SOW: start about 6-8 weeks before the last frost is expected, sow in modules (cover or put on a windowsill).
GROW: transplant to pots when large enough to handle and grow on until frost danger has passed. Harden off and plant in the greenhouse or in a sunny sheltered part of your garden. For the best flavour keep soil evenly damp (don’t over-water or overfeed). Sungold is indeterminate & can grow tall (2m), it will need supporting. It will bloom, set new fruit and ripen fruit all at the same time throughout the season.
ENJOY: non-stop cropping from early summer to the autumn, in a cool greenhouse it can fruit to the end of the year.
