Tomato Rubinka

Remarkable Rubinka produces trusses that can carry thirty fruits and more on each one! These are lovely tangy bite sized, small cherry fruits. Each weighs 15-20g, a perfect snacking size.  They are resistant to cracking and remain on those trusses when ripe, in fact you can harvest a truss at a time.  Eat them fresh or turn them into sun-dried toms for an intense flavour in pasta dishes.  Inderteminate.

SOW: about 6-8 weeks before the last frost is expected, into modules, seed depth 5mm (cover or put on a windowsill).  We transplant to pots when large enough to handle and grow on until ready to harden off and plant after frost danger has passed.

GROW: plant in the greenhouse or in a sunny sheltered part of your garden.  For the best flavour keep soil evenly damp (try not to over-water or overfeed).  
Rubinka is indeterminate: it will grow tall and will need supporting.  It will bloom, set new fruit and ripen fruit all at the same time throughout the season.
