Golden Purslane: is a most beautiful summer variety with red stems contrasting with the large attractive yellowy leaves. A perfect colourful and tasty addition to your mixed salads: the versatile stems and leaves can also be stir-fried, cooked like spinach, popped in a casserole and added to other dishes such as omelettes.

Green Purslane: the bright, rich green, juicy leaves that should be picked young – a super cut and come again crop ready in 4-5 weeks, best harvested by pinching off the leafy tips that will grow again very quickly. A summer variety for sowing between April (indoors) to July.
