This variety is part of our naturally nurtured range, the seed comes from an organic source
SOW & GROW: between late April and the end of May, start 1 seed per pot or module. Keep moist but not waterlogged. Harden off and plant out after all danger of frost has passed. In cooler areas you can protect young plants with cloches until they have settled in. After harvesting in late summer leave the fruit outdoors for about 14 days to harden the skin for storing or ripen in a greenhouse (protect from frost).
EAT & ENJOY: bake (40-50mins) or boil the fruits whole before forking out the tasty flesh which resembles spaghetti. You can then serve this with butter or a sauce or chill it first for serving with a salad. You can even use the flesh as an alternative to pasta in many dishes.
