Spinach Helios F1

Helios F1, named after the ancient Greek god of the sun, it is no surprise that this is a super summer spinach: bolt resistant with lovely flavoured oval leaves that don’t easily bruise…perfect for salads or for cooking, happy days.

SOW: March to September, allow about 3 weeks for baby leaves and 6-7 weeks for mature leaves.
