Nasturtium Bloody Mary grows a wonderful ever-changing mixture of flowers from rich reds through to creamy shades, all splotched and striped with dark red. You can have quite different coloured blooms appearing on the same bushy plant. Their peppery, watercress-like taste and striking appearance make them an outstanding edible flower.

🌸 Flowering: June to the first frosts
📏 Height: 25-30cm
🌿 Annual
💧 Drought tolerant once established

Sow: under cover in pots or modules in February/March, or in April/May where they are to flower.  Harden off pot-sown plants before transplanting.

Grow: they like free-draining soil and will thrive in poor soil.  Water regularly until established, then they will need little attention. Regular deadheading will promote more flowers.

Enjoy: part of the fun is seeing what flower appears next. Deep red, cream, striped, splashed or somewhere in between, one plant can give you quite a mixture.
