Green Manure Crimson Clover

Crimson Clover is a quick-growing soil booster that helps fix nitrogen and add organic matter right where your soil needs it. It’s a legume that does especially well in light or sandy soils, but it’s just as happy in damp ground too—flexible and fuss-free.

Making the most of Crimson Clover

Sow from early March to late August. After 2–3 months (before it flowers), cut it back and dig it in—or cover it and let it rot down naturally. Either way, it gives your soil a gentle, effective boost in fertility and structure.

There's enough seed to cover approximately 4 square metres.
