SOW
Sow seeds in pots or modules with seed compost during March to April. Lightly cover the seeds, then seal the pots inside a plastic bag. This keeps the moisture in and makes a warm, humid mini greenhouse—perfect for helping seeds sprout faster. Keep them at around 18°C. Seeds usually pop up in 1–2 weeks. Once they’ve germinated, take the bag off so the seedlings don’t get too damp.

GROW
When the seedlings are ready, harden them off and plant them out, spacing plants about 40–50cm apart.
