🌱 Seasonal Growing Guide
SPRING
- Sow seeds 5mm deep, keeping them moist and watering moderately once they begin to germinate.
- Plants thrive in the warmth and protection of a greenhouse.
- They prefer well-drained, fertile soil.
- Allow them to grow close together for support, as the seed heads can be heavy.
- Cumin can grow 50-60cm tall.
AUTUMN
- Harvest seed heads when they turn brown or the petals fall off.
- Finish drying indoors.
- Clean off the chaff and store seeds in a sealed container in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight until ready to use.
