All Green Bush is a popular courgette that it is very reliable. It produces lots of dark green fruit that are best cut at about 10cm long. You do need to keep an eye on them or they will grow much bigger! If you regularly harvest them it will crop over a long period.
SOW: seed depth 25mm, start them from late April on into June, inside, 1 seed per small pot. Keep moist but not waterlogged.
GROW: harden off and plant out after all danger of frost has passed. In cooler areas you can protect young plants with cloches until they have settled in. Courgettes are trouble free and prolific - keep an eye on them and keep picking! We like to cut all our courgettes on the small side as we think they have the best texture and flavour at this stage. Try All Green Bush at about 10cm for the best flavour.
ENJOY: try young courgettes (finger thick) sliced and pan fried of diced into an omelette. To Freeze – slice or dice, pack into portions and freeze.
