🌱Seasonal Growing Guide
SPRING: sow directly into the soil in a shallow drill, covering with fine soil or compost. Avoid planting in seed trays as coriander doesn’t like being transplanted. It likes a sunny spot with good drainage.
SUMMER: a last sowing in June. Harvest leaves when plants are large enough.
AUTUMN & WINTER: dig up the old plants ready for sowing next year. Sow some in pots to keep indoors for a winter supply
If your plants do succeed in producing seeds just harvest them green and add them to spicy salads or stir fries
