🌱 Seasonal Growing Guide
SPRING
- Sow directly into the soil in a shallow drill, covering lightly with fine soil or compost.
- Avoid planting in seed trays, as coriander doesn’t like being transplanted.
- Sow seeds no deeper than 10mm for optimal germination and growth.
SUMMER
- Make a final sowing in June.
- Harvest leaves once plants are large enough.
- For repeated harvesting, cut above the lower leaf nodes to encourage regrowth.
AUTUMN & WINTER
- Dig up old plants in preparation for next year’s sowing.
- For a winter supply, sow indoors to keep a steady harvest through the colder months.
