This very leafy form, Coriander Cilantro, is much slower to bolt than many others. Use for salads and general cooking. A pot on the kitchen windowsill makes it quick and easy to add flavours to the dishes that you are creating - particularly during the winter months. It is an annual.
This variety is part of our naturally nurtured range, the seed comes from an organic source
SPRING: sow directly into the soil in a shallow drill, covering with fine soil or compost. Avoid planting in seed trays as coriander doesn’t like being transplanted. It likes a sunny spot with good drainage.
SUMMER: a last sowing in June. Harvest leaves when plants are large enough.
AUTUMN & WINTER: dig up the old plants ready for sowing next year. Sow some in pots to keep indoors for a winter supply
