🌱 Seasonal Growing Guide

SPRING

• Sow directly into the soil in a shallow drill, covering lightly with fine soil or compost.
• Avoid planting in seed trays, as coriander doesn’t like being transplanted.
• Sow seeds no deeper than 10mm for optimal germination and growth.

SUMMER

• Make a final sowing in June.
• Harvest leaves once plants are large enough.
• For repeated harvesting, cut above the lower leaf nodes to encourage regrowth.

AUTUMN & WINTER

• Dig up old plants in preparation for next year’s sowing.
• For a winter supply, sow indoors to keep a steady harvest through the colder months.
