Chiang Rai – this Thai variety has a rich fruity-florally flavour, can fruit 10 weeks from planting out.  Medium heat at 5000 SHU.

Machu Pichu – plentiful dark green & slightly wrinkled fruits that mature to an opulent chestnut brown. Medium heat 5000-15000 SHU.

Padron – mostly mild, but now and then one turns up the heat… especially later in the season. Fry whole with a pinch of sea salt and serve as tapas – hot or not!

Scotch Bonnet Red – this habanero type chilli is always very hot and very pungent!  Reaching 100,000-325,000 on the Scoville heat scale these are one of the hottest varieties available.

Zimbabwe Black – with purple tinged foliage, purple and flowers and chillies that ripen from dark purple to rich red: hot at 20000-30000 this variety is a must have choice for a chilli aficionado.
