This baby leaf, Blue Pepe nasturtium, has a steel blue leaf surface set against purplish undersides and dramatic red flowers. Perfect at a small size for your salads to add a dash of peppery flavour. The flowers combine a sweet and spicy flavour with the hint of fruit. They will also make a delicious addition to your salads.
SOW & GROW: in pots/modules under cover in February/March or April where they are to flower. Harden off pot sown plants before transplanting. They like free draining soil and will thrive in poor soil. Give them a general feed to encourage more leaves and fewer flowers.
