🌱 Seasonal Growing Guide
SPRING:
Best started in pots from March to June for planting outdoors, or sow anytime for windowsill growing.
Seed depth: 5mm, lightly cover with soil.
For indoor growing keep them on a sunny windowsill.
SUMMER:
Transplant in June
Pinch out the growing tips to prevent flowering and encourage bushier growth
Harvest leaves regularly.
If the plant becomes leggy, cut back to 10 cm for a second flush of leaves
AUTUMN:
Bring pots indoors before frost. Look after carefully and you could enjoy the flavour into the winter (may need feeding or repotting)
Dig up old plants from the garden and prepare the soil for the next planting season.
