SPRING

• sow in pots or plug trays (avoid using seed trays) in spring. Use bottom heat or wait until mid-spring, water well early in the day. Transplant the seedlings when large enough & after danger of frost risk has passed.

SUMMER

• Pinch out flower buds to keep the plant leafy and prolong harvest.
• Pick leaves regularly for best flavour.

AUTUMN

• Bring a pot into the house
• Dig up old plants from the garden and prepare for next year.
