Dill Domino

Fabulous Dill 'Domino' is a vigorous variety with dark blue-green leaves and a delightful aroma. Despite its abundance of foliage, it remains compact, making it perfect smaller spaces. Use the fresh, chopped leaves in a variety of dishes, such as potato salads, herb butter, cream cheese, soups (hot or cold), and to enhance grilled meats and fish.  Dill's latin name is Anethum graveolens, it is an annual. 

🌱 Seasonal Growing Guide

SPRING

• Sow seeds in pots or plug trays (avoid seed trays), and cover with perlite.
• Plant out when the plants are large enough, after the danger of frost has passed.
• Space plants about 20-30cm apart.
• Domino is quick-growing and can be ready in as little as 9-10 weeks.
• In windy spots, provide support as needed.

SUMMER

• Pinch out to prevent flowering and focus on leaf harvest.
• Keep the plants well-watered, especially during dry spells.

AUTUMN

• Harvest seeds and dig up any remaining plants to prepare for the next season.
