CHILLI SMORGASBORD

Chillies come in all shapes, sizes and heat levels, and this special offer brings together a little of everything. From gentle warmth and sweetness through to rich and very hot, this is a great way to try out a wide range of flavours and styles. You’ll receive one packet (10 seeds) each of:

Biquinho Red – mild and fruity with a hint of smoke, these little ‘beak’ shaped chillies are prolific and full of character (500–1,000 SHU). Great for snacking or pickling.

Roxi – compact, windowsill-friendly plants with cone-shaped fruit. Heat ranges from mild to medium (2,500–8,000 SHU), perfect for salads, sandwiches or light cooking.

Serrano – a versatile variety that gets hotter as it ripens (6,000–23,000 SHU). Thin-walled fruit, good for salsa, sauces and freezing.

Habanero Chocolate – very hot (around 425,000 SHU) with a rich, smoky flavour that deepens as the chillies mature from green to deep brown. This one’s not for the faint-hearted – you have been warned!

Padron – mostly mild, but now and then one turns up the heat… especially later in the season. Fry whole with a pinch of sea salt and serve as tapas – just don’t guess which one’s hot.
