Orders over £15 qualify for free P&P
- It's easy to take advantage of this offer - simply fill your basket with fabulous seeds to sow, grow and enjoy, and it will be automatically applied at checkout.
- For orders under £15 we charge £1.90 for postage and packing
How we send your seeds
- We use Royal Mail 2nd Class (untracked) for all seed orders. Most will arrive within 3–4 days of dispatch.
Letter box friendly packaging
- We use padded envelopes or slim boxes that usually fit through your letterbox. If you think your order might be a bit bulkier, feel free to leave delivery instructions when ordering.
Delivery times
- We aim to dispatch your seeds within 7 working days – often much quicker – but please allow a little extra time during busy periods.
- If you're paying by cheque or postal order, we’ll send your seeds once the payment clears.
- If your order hasn’t arrived within 21 days, please get in touch so we can help.
Orders outside of GB
- Sadly, we can’t send seeds outside Great Britain – this includes Northern Ireland (all BT postcodes).
- Please don’t use forwarding companies, as seeds are classed as a prohibited item. We can’t cover return costs or customs fees if they’re stopped in transit.
