Really this could not be called anything other than fragrantissimus: an aromatic spicy orange which translates into the flavour. Recommended for stuffings, bouquet garni, soups, stews and stir-frys, add to pies and chutneys and goes well with duck, lamb and chicken. I have even heard it can be used to add flavour to treacle pudding which led me to try some very finely chopped in shortbread… mmmmm. Perennial. Price for 50 seeds
