We bring you a modern smorgasbord featuring a lovely range of home grown chillies. From mild to very hot with a little bit of everything in between, a fab selection with a bit of sizzle!
This collection contains one packet each of...
Padron ~ small green and mild but it is Spanish roulette as every so often it will produce a hot one that is indistinguishable until eaten (generally 500, up to 25,000!)
Guindilla Roja ~ this lovely curved chilli, growing 4-12cm long, comes from northern Spain. Expect a medium heat (7000-12500 Scoville)
Cayenne Long Slim ~ hot, hot but not too hot wrinkled fruits in abundance on compact plants (20,000 – 40,000 Scoville).
Serrano Tampiqueno ~ packs a hot punch whether green or red reaching 8000-23000 on Scoville scale
Bird’s Eye ~ explosive heat packed into each little chilli: only 1-2cm long at 100,000 - 225,000 Scoville
