Mild and sweet, it’s brilliant in soups and stews, softened in butter or baked under cheese sauce. Each plant can produce several little cobs packed with glorious ruby-red kernels. You could use them ornamentally, but then you’d miss out on the popcorn or wonderfully different cornmeal you could be eating! Add large cherry-sized fruits and the potential for 100+ tomatoes per plant and you can probably see why I’m so excited about this one!
