A fun plant project

I see these a lot on the Norfolk coast, so wanted to give them a go. I have now two sturdy little perennial seakales (out of 5 seeds) that, although I have not harvested yet, had lovely white honey-scented flowers. Looking forward to blanching under pots and foraging some shoots in the spring. A fun project!
