SOW: in individual pots inside during April, May or early June. You can keep them on a window sill until sprouted then pop into a coldframe or unheated greenhouse.
GROW: keep moist and warm, harden off & plant out when at 2/3 leaf stage. Kamo Kamo is a semi bush, needing 100-150cm of space. You can start picking when fruits reach tennis ball size. Allow one fruit per plant to grow on a pumpkins for the winter while young fruits will continue to form to the end of the season.
EAT: all your pumpkin recipes can use Kamo Kamo, young fruit can be used as you would courgettes, medium fruits as you would butternut squash. Mature fruit can store for up to 6 months
