SOW: sow thinly at any time of the year on damp paper in a saucer or other container (spread tubs are ideal), keep damp but not soaked.
GROW: keep the container on a window sill and don’t let it dry out, cut the cress as you need it. Sow some more on fresh paper as necessary.
EAT: make up a mix of mini greens with cress, chopped chives, baby leaks, and pea tips and serve over roasted peppers for a tasty summer snack
