Courgette Zephyr F1

Unique and delicious: the yellow fruits look as though they have been dipped in pale green at the blossom end. Harvest when they reach 10-15cm long and instead of slicing cut these into long strips and pan fry for maximum impact: they are perfect for cooking in this way as they have a firm texture and a nutty flavour enhanced by a little olive oil or butter.
