Novantina cannot be described as slow - 90 days is just over 12 weeks (can be cut younger). It gives this variety time to develop a deeper flavour. It is particularly useful for taking your harvest into the summer when the drier conditions are not so suitable for sowing Raab and for taking your crop into the autumn too. Price for 50 seeds
SOW from late winter onwards. Without protection sow from April to September avoiding sowing in dry summer heat. A sowing in May or early June can crop in August, whilst a September sowing will cope with short autumnal frosts.
