Bull’s Blood (bl Beetroot) ~ just for the deep coloured and flavoursome leaves – ready in 5 weeks.  You can get 4 or more cuts from one sowing (50 seeds)

Magentaspreen ~ cut the plants when 10-15 tall.  You can simply cut or chop a few leaves into a mixed salad.  Wilt them in a little butter in a pan, add to stir fry or steam & serve with olive oil & lemon juice.
