Basil Nufar F1 nns ~ both sweet and spicy this vigorous hybrid basil will give you a high yield with the benefit of being disease resistant (50 seeds)

Borage ~ with edible flowers and young leaves (lovely chopped into salads or added to yogurt dip or mayonnaise); this beautiful plant is very attractive to bees. (25 seeds)

Chamomile (Roman/Lawn) ~ for an aromatic green seat, a lawn or a herby path through your garden that will attract pollinators… the flowers have a mild apple-like flavour, famous for making tea, or use for colour & flavour in a green salad or brown in butter and add to hot cereal. (150 seeds)

The root can also be eaten as a veg, cooked or raw.

Welsh Onion, White ~ a hardy variety with a distinct yet mild flavour.  Use like spring onions in salads and stir fry.  The leaves can be used like chives.  The flowers are edible and loved by bees too (50 seeds).
