Foraging for wild garlic is frowned upon, not least because feet might be tramping on other rarer species, so grow some in your own garden as they are happy in the shade (close to a hedge) or in a soggy corner. It is the young leaves and their mild flavour that you will be using: snip some into an omelette, scatter on a pizza as you take it out of the oven, cut into strips and add to casseroles and soup, finely chop for salads… Price for 25 seeds

Wild Garlic-Amazing

I've had naturalised wild garlic growing under a tree in my garden for years but it wasn't until I saw the seeds here on Moreveg that I decided to give them a go & add to a salad. That was last week & I can honestly say that every salad since, I have generously added leaves & love them! My husband couldn't believe that they taste so good.... So now I would urge anyone to give wild garlic a go:-)
