Early White Vienna – sweet and creamy heirloom that is early to reach harvest size (about apple size). SOW: between March and June, in situ or modules (seep depth 10mm) to harden off & transplant when no more than 5cm tall.
GROW: space at 10-15, we find them to be a trouble-free crop as they are drought and heat tolerant and resistant to pests and diseases. Harvest size is by the time they reach eating apple size from May onwards.
