SOW: In pots or plug trays (avoid using seed trays) in spring. Use bottom heat or wait until mid-spring, water well early in the day. Transplant the seedlings when large enough & after frost risk has passed.
GROW: It is very successful in pots.

Autumn – bring a pot into the house, dig up old plants from the garden and prepare for next year.
Add big handfuls of whole leaves to green & red curries & spicy stir-fried dishes; add sprigs to vegetable platters to nibble with spicy salads and chilli dips.
