TOMATO TONDINO MAREMMANO ~ wonderful early bunches of small red fruits, plants are low growing 12 seeds SOW: start your seeds about 6-8 weeks before the last frost is expected sowing in modules (cover or put on a windowsill). Transplant to pots when large enough to handle and grow on until ready to harden off after frost danger has passed. GROW: plant in a sunny sheltered part of your garden or in pots or a window box. You can also put this in a greenhouse. For the best flavour keep soil evenly damp (don’t over-water or overfeed). Tondino Maremmano is low growing (30-40cm and being determinate, stops growing when fruit sets on the top bud. All the fruits ripen at about the same time (usually over 1- 2 weeks). EAT: simply delightful.
