Tomato Montserrat

Almost exclusively produced in the Emporda region of Catalonia, the seeds for this plant are created by the local farmers themselves and are not widely available. Cut slices and an elegant almost floral-like design will fall on to your plate with delicate ruby-coloured pockets of juicy flesh gathered at the centre.
