This is a unique plant producing large fruits which can be baked (for 40-50 minutes) or boiled whole. Then you can fork out the flesh which resembles spaghetti (hence the name) and can be used as a substitute for pasta, yummy! Serve with a sauce, butter or even chilled in a salad.
