Almost too pretty to eat

This was really pretty spinach with red stalks, quite an earthy, substantial taste. It grew really easily outside on the allotment and seemed to be ignored by slugs and other pests. I cut it and it grew back 3 or 4 times before bolting in midsummer. I've just sowed the last few seeds again in early September and it's already germinating. Hoping to get another late crop out of it now the temperatures are a bit cooler. I will definitely buy this again.
