GROW: in the summer keep them watered in dry weather and watch out for slugs and snails – they love lettuces! These are hardy superstars through the winter and should not need any extra looking after!
EAT: fresh in salad – enjoy the flavour on its own or try mixing with a range of other salad choices. Winter Density can be used in cooked dishes so no need to keep for salads when the weather is cold!
