CORIANDER, TOPF Annual the best variety for growing in pots and containers in a sunny spot. 50 seeds SOW & GROW: Sow outside in spring for autumn seed harvest. Sow indoors at any time, these plants like a sunny place with a dry atmosphere. Choose deep pots or containers that you can put gravel or stones at the bottom. Coriander needs good drainage and doesn’t like wet feet from standing in water! Lightly cover the seeds with fine soil or compost and water in. Aim for 5cm apart if growing for leaf and 20cm if you are growing for seed. Add leaves to curries, stews, sauces, salads and use as garnish. Whole seeds can be added to soups, sauces and vegetable dishes. Grind the seeds and add to chutney, marmalade, curry, pies, cakes and biscuits
