A crop to look forward to in October and November. The plants are not huge but the bulbs do grow large yet stay very tender, crisp and savoury. Try them cut into wedges, rub with olive oil and drizzle with balsamic vinegar and roast for 30 or so minutes until they begin to caramelize for a lovely mellow flavour. Price for 25 seeds.
